Horizure Inc. offers professional website development, digital marketing, and advertising services, including but not limited to:

Search engine marketing (Google Ads)
Social media advertising (Meta Ads)
Branding and design services
Hosting, domain, and technical setup

Each service may be subject to specific contracts, proposals, or statements of work.

Eligibility

Our services are open to individuals and businesses of all ages and types. By using our services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the necessary authority (or appropriate consent, if under 18) to engage with us on behalf of yourself or your organization.

Quotes & Payment Terms

All service quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins.
Final payment is due upon project completion or according to the payment schedule outlined in your agreement.
Late payments may incur additional fees or service delays.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information required to complete your project
Respond to design approvals and content requests within agreed timelines
Ensure you have appropriate rights to all content (images, logos, text) provided to us
Comply with all applicable laws in relation to the content and use of your website or ad campaigns

Revisions & Approvals

We offer a specified number of design or content revisions, as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges. Final approval confirms your acceptance of the work completed.

Intellectual Property

All content created by Horizure Inc. remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon payment, you receive ownership of the final product (excluding any third-party elements).
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, or social media.

Third-Party Tools & Services

Horizure Inc. may integrate or recommend third-party tools (e.g., hosting, domains, analytics, ad platforms). We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or issues caused by third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horizure Inc. shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of business, revenue, or data
Delays caused by client inaction, third-party providers, or force majeure events

Our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the total amount paid by you for those services.

Termination

Either party may terminate service by giving written notice. In case of early termination by the client, all work completed to date will be invoiced. Any unpaid fees are due immediately. No refunds are issued for work already performed.

Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

Horizure Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the changes.
